Brimbank Leadership Program

Young people from Brimbank built on and practised their leadership skills in September 2008 through a four-day leadership program.

The young people then organised and ran a camp from 20 to 23 January 2009 in Anglesea. They practised team-work and leadership skills and increased their confidence. They also organised an event on their last day. Apart from this, the group participated in a range of activities including swimming, canoeing and bike riding.

The three-day camp was interesting and new for many people. It was a great way of putting leadership skills into practice and applying it to everyday life.
